Allie-gator's 1st birthday

A few weeks ago we had Allie-gator's 1st birthday party! I can't believe she is already 1. She is all toddler now and is fast on the move with crawling and will be walking any day now. This past year has flown by (as they all do) and we are loving seeing her personality shine. Ava is still a great big sister and for the most part, loves having someone to play with. 

This is Allie, Ava and Gianna. Gianna was born about 6 weeks after Allie. She is the baby of Matt and Christina. Matt and Robby grew up together and through their friendship, Christina and I have became great friends. We love having Gianna come play and all 3 of them play so well together.

Papa and Allie. This is Teresa's dad. He is so great with the girls and they love him so much!! We are so happy he moved down here from Illinois and enjoy spending time with him!

She didn't really know what to think of all of the new toys and luckily her sister was there to help her open everything up and help her play with it all!  

She didn't really know what to think of the cake either. We were hoping she would try to dig into it like she does with everything else but she was hesitant.  

 We finally got her to eat a little of it and she wasn't too excited about it. Which was shocking because she is a bottomless pit and eats everything! 

She waited until I came and fed her with a spoon before she would eat any of it.

Some fun facts about Allie:

• She says "mama" and "dada" but not on command, usually only when she is upset. 
• She will always give her sissy kisses but no one else gets very many.
• She is a great sleeper and doesn't like to snuggle, in fact, she won't snuggle. She has never slept (even taken a nap) with me in my bed or any other bed for that matter. She loves her crib or the play pen.
• She is more into everything then Ava was. 
• She is a fast crawler and can get anywhere in no time! She keeps me on my toes!
• She loves to be in the same room as Ava. Even if she is in her playpen in the same room, she just loves to be with Ava. 
• She eats everything except Strawberries. And I mean EVERYTHING! She is a bottomless pit.
• She is just not getting her 2 top front teeth in. She has been slower at getting teeth in then Ava was. 

We have 2 beautiful girls and are so lucky and thankful to have them in our lives! They make our lives worthwhile and we couldn't imagine it any other way!
