We just got back last week from a great trip to Minnesota. We went up there for a family reunion. This was the first time Robby's family was meeting Ava (and me for the most part). I've met Robby's grandparents one other time but other than that it was new for both of us. There was a lot of family up there. Just to give you an idea- Robby's grandmother has 10 brothers and sisters, 11 total. 10 out of the 11 where there and all of their individual families. Robby's grandparents had 5 kids and all of their families where there.... still with me?? Basically there was alot of people and we had a blast!! I will have to get more pictures from Sharon but these will have to do for now.

On the way up there we stopped in St. Louis to check out the sights. It was good to get out of the car and stretch. It was an 18 hour drive total and we drove it in 2 days. Wouldn't be too bad of a drive but we have a 7 1/2 month old and she didn't enjoy sitting in the car that long.
It started to rain while we were enjoying the sights so we didn't stay outside too long. This arch is pretty cool. Its 630 feet from the ground (if I remember correctly). IT IS HUGE!!
This is Ava enjoying being out of the car seat! She loves to people watch and will stay happy and content as long as there is someone to watch.
This was Grandma Florence's first time holding Ava. This is their 2nd Great Grand Child and 1st Great Grand Daughter. We had a great time getting to know them more and enjoyed staying with them
My baby always has her fingers or something in her mouth. I think she is working on some teeth but nothing has came through yet.... we are still waiting for those first teeth to show.
This was John's first time holding Ava. It took some time for her to warm up to him in the hat but once he took it off she would smile and giggle for him.
This picture was taken at John and Florence's (Robby's Grandparents) house. I had to add it so you could see my baby girl sitting up by herself. She is so proud of her self that whenever she is sitting up she will smile and gets so excited that she is doing it. Lexie is the cute girl in the Tye-dye. She loved playing with Ava all weekend. Sheila is sitting in front of Ava.
